Ashiana Group commenced operations in 1979 , at Patna and since then has extended its activities to Jamshedpur, Bhiwadi, Ghaziabad, Indirapuram, Gurgaon, Greater Noida, Jaipur, Jodhpur and lucknow at present .

With over 40 lacs sq.ft of construction, in both, the residential and commercial sectors, Ashiana has sustained it's claim of providing quality housing at affordable rates.

Ashiana Housing
r	Mr. Gupta, Managing Director , is an engineer ( B.E Civil BITIS Pilani & M.S. Civil Louisiana State University , USA ) with over two decades of experience in construction activities.

r	Mr. Vishal Gupta, Jt. Managing Director , a product of Sydenham College (Mumbai) and MBA from FORE school of management ( Delhi ), he has displayed an in-depth understanding of the real estate business, customer psychology and the market behavior.

r	Mr. Ashok Mattoo, Director , a non-executive Director, is a consultant in the field of municipal services and administration. A mechanical Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers ( India ).

r	Mr. Ankur Gupta, Executive Director , a bachelor in business administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University (USA) and an M.S. in real estate from New York University (USA), he is the youngest member of the team.

r	Mr. R K Modi, Managing Director , is an engineer ( B.E Civil BITIS Pilani), actively involved in planning and construction of numerous housing projects since 1979.

r	Mr. Rohit Raj Modi, Director , a product of Sydenham College (Mumbai) and MBA from International Management Institute (IIM) Delhi, actively involved in Business Development, Marketing, Planning and execution of projects since 1997.

r	Mr. Mayank Raj Modi, Director , a Bachelor in Business Administration from IILM, Delhi, worked with BPO sector and a short training at Llyod Marine, London. He is responsible for Marketing, Sales and Corporate communications.

WELFARE

For Ashiana, welfare is an article of faith. The group runs Phoolwari, a school for the children of workers. We have also adopted a ‘School for Villagers in Bhiwadi. Our projects are environment friendly, and have rain water harvesting and sewage treatment plants.
