1. Shri Om Prakash Gupta (Managing Director)

Shri Om Gupta, the Managing Director of the company is a civil engineer by profession who did his BE (Civil) from BITS, Pilani and MS (Civil) from Louisiana State University, USA. He has 30 years experience as a developer and brought up the company at its present state from the scratch. Exhibited exemplary leadership quality in Real Estate development and gave a new look to this sector with innovative ideas. The company under his stewardship was first to develop group housing projects in Patna, Jamshedpur, Bhiwadi and Neemrana. He is one of the first few to venture out in facility management in housing sector. He has given a new concept to senior living in the form of 1st Retirement Resort. The man with full of passion, believes in doing things differently in all spheres of life. His mission is to contribute in the best possible way to make India clean, Green and literate.

2.  Shri Vishal Gupta  (Joint Managing Director)

Shri Vishal Gupta is a commerce graduate and has done MBA from Fore School of Management. He is associated with Ashiana for the last 15 years and actively involved in finance, project execution and general administration. He has been looking after the entire project execution, engineering and architectural departments. He is in charge of day to day affairs of the Company and has been instrumental in it’s present growth.

3. Shri Ankur Gupta (Whole Time Director)

Shri Ankur Gupta has done bachelor in business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University (USA) and M S in Real Estate from New York University. He has done research for many residential projects specifically for seniors housing. He is actively associated with Ashiana for the last 9 years. He is looking after the sales and marketing department of the company and its group.

4. Shri Varun Gupta (Whole Time Director)

Shri Varun Gupta is a Bachelor in Science from Stern School of Business, NYU. Varun majored in finance and management and graduated with the high academic distinction ‘Magna Cum Laude’. He then joined Citigroup in commercial Mortgage Backed Securities where he was underwriting commercial real estate. After a year and a half of this rich experience he joined Ashiana where he is looking after Finance, Investor’s Relations and Land Acquisition.  

5. Shri Ashok Kumar Mattoo (Director)

Shri Ashok Kumar Mattoo is a Mechanical Engineer, has over 41 years of experience in project planning, execution and administration. He has served in major organisations like Border Roads, BHEL and Tata Steel. As director, Town Services, Jamshedpur and Chairman of the Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee, he was responsible for the municipal services of Jamshedpur.
  

6. Shri Abhishek Dalmia (Director)

Shri Abhishek Dalmia is a Chartered Accountant. He started investment advisory business under the name the Renaissance Group. He joined Ashiana Housing Ltd. as independent director in 2006 and adds to company’s knowledge of the financial market.

7. Shri Lalit Kr. Chhawchharia (Director)

Shri Lalit Kumar Chhawchharia is a commerce graduate and is a practicing consultant. He diversified experience of around 37 years in various industries. He has been associated with Ashiana group since its inception.

8. Ms. Sonal Mattoo (Director)

Ms. Sonal Mattoo is a law graduate from National Law School, Bangalore. She is a practicing lawyer with over eight years of experience. She is co-founder of a voluntary organisation “Helping hands” which deals with the issues of women and senior citizens.
