Ashiana entered the field of Facilities Management in 1990 and encouraged by the response, set up Vatika Marketing Limited in 1996. Today, the company maintains seven complexes in Bhiwadi, four complexes in Jamshedpur and one in Neemrana- a total of 2000 flats covering an area of almost 25 lakh sq.ft.

 
Vatika is constantly improving and streamlining its operations. Effective monitoring systems like MIS and follow-up reports ensure timely, economical and efficient maintenance. On-site and off-site training further ensures a pool of skilled manpower that is sensitive to the needs of the residents.
 

The word 'maintenance' includes a whole gamut of services. The following list will give a clear idea of what is included in the services provided by Vatika and what it costs the customer.

   

CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE

A part from the above, Vatika also attends to minor Plumbing and electrical faults within the flats. This is at a nominal charge on a first-come-first-served basis. As and when required, the exterior painting of the property, staircase, mumty, parapet walls, etc. is taken up and the cost is shared by the owners of the building proportionately. To improve social interaction among residents, Vatika has devised a social calender covering sports and painting competition as well as other cultural events. Vatika also encourages the formation of resident associations in each of its complexes.
