Project Status

It has been our constant approach, every quarter, to give you the maximum information regarding the status of your project ASHIANA AANGAN, Bhiwadi. The following are the details and the activities happening in the project:
1) About 200 families have moved-in and are comfortably enjoying the stay in the complex.
2) All the flats in Ph-2 are completed and 80% possession has already been given.
3) The Swimming Pool in Central Park-1 is operational.The construction of the club is 95% complete and we are expecting to start it soon.
4) The "Sarowar", Kids play area, seating arrangements in Central Park-1 are giving soothing effect to every resident and the visitors. You should take out some of your time on holidays to have a good time out here!
5) Some of the other operational activities are as hereunder:
a) Security along with CCTV & Boom Barrier at entry is operational.
b) Gas is being provided through gas pipe connection.
c) Water Body in Central park-1 is operational and is providing decent ambiance to the complex.
d) Maintenance services are functional with all services.

PHASE-3

1) The outer plaster of all the blocks is complete.
2) Flooring in Flats No.M-133 to M-1036 is complete. Flooring at all the other Flats are in progress.
3) The other activities happening in Phase-3 are as follows:
a) The development of Central park 2 along with pathways, greenery & boundary is in progress.
b) Rain Water Harvesting work is on full swing.
c) WBM work for Road construction is in full swing.
d) External painting in 2 B/R already started.
e) Cable Work, along with Cable Trench is in progress.
f) Lift work in all blocks is at full swing.
g) Fire fighting work is on full swing.
h) Booking Status: All 2 B/R & 70% of 3 B/R Flats are booked.

PHASE-4

1) We are happy with the satisfactory response of the booking of Flats in Phase-IV. We have booked 20% of the Flats till now.
2) The construction of the blocks has already been started with excavation along with PCC & foundation laid.
