Dear Friends,
Work hard and party harder is the mantra we adhere to! Our sales team started this year with a trip to Phuket to celebrate the success of the previous year. This trip was an opportunity for me to spend some quality time and get to know them better. As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire about a 100 great people over the next three months, largely in construction, engineering, sales, maintenance, and accounts. At Ashiana, we believe great people make great organisation. Do refer us to your friends and family.
The Ashiana Amarah Phase 2 launch was once again a tremendous success, with all units selling out on Day 1! Thanks to the love and support of our senior residents, we have also launched our 7th Senior Living property, Ashiana Amodh, which has received an excellent response. Additionally, Ashiana Prakriti has launched its phase 2. With great enthusiasm, I am excited for the launches in the upcoming quarter, which include Ashiana Malhar Phase 2 in Pune and Ashiana Shubham Phase V in Chennai. There is already a buzz about these launches in the market and we are quite sure with all your love, we are going to get a great response.

It was also nice to see all the new activities happening within our Senior Living Communities. We introduced croquet, trips, garden club, and bridal party for the month-end. It’s so much fun to see all our young seniors enjoy life to the fullest.
Lastly, at Ashiana Supermoms Grand Finale, this time around, kids from our Phoolwari (School for Ashiana Construction worker kids) participated in the event and they did a fantastic job. I need to thank all the Supermoms who dedicate their time at Phoolwari. Congratulations to Uma Agarwal for winning the Ashiana Supermoms, Pan India. She is so simple and driven, it’s always great to learn from her.

Sales Trip To Thailand
From the office to the beach, we did it! We took the trip to Phuket to celebrate our
successful year and hit our sales target! Our team explored the city, tried new foods, and
even found time to relax on the stunning beaches. Thank you to everyone who helped us

A heartwarming Mother’s Day party at Ashiana Tarang,
Bhiwadi, brought joy to all the mothers, creating cherished

Step Towards Cleanliness
Residents at Ashiana Dwarka, Jodhpur, joined the
maintenance team for a successful cleaning drive.
Females actively participated, encouraging others to

We hosted an exciting Ashiana Water Polo Championship
at Ashiana Woodland, Jamshedpur, with enthusiastic
resident participation showcasing their skills and passion
for the game. The focus was on enjoying the sport rather

Supermoms Grand Finale
The Supermoms grand finale was joyously celebrated on
13th May at Ashiana Dwarka, Jodhpur. Residents showcased
their talents in events like dance and singing, creating a
positive and empowering atmosphere for other mothers to
join the Supermoms group.
Pool Fun
To beat the scorching heat, the maintenance team organized
a refreshing pool party at Ashiana Dwarka, Jodhpur, &
Ashiana Tarang, Bhiwadi. As drizzles added another level of
magic to the atmosphere, kids and youngsters were filled
with joy, creating unforgettable memories of a great time.
Indoor Fun
At Ashiana Tarang, Bhiwadi, we organized a fun-filled indoor
activity session for kids. The kids had a blast playing games
like musical chairs, dancing statue, and puzzle games,
creating a delightful atmosphere of joy and excitement.
Creative Art Showdown
A creative drawing competition was organized for kids at
Ashiana Tarang, Bhiwadi showcasing their artistic talents.
The event ended with prizes awarded to the winners,
leaving everyone delighted.
IPL Screening
The maintenance team at Ashiana Dwarka, Jodhpur,
organized an exciting IPL screening in the park. Residents
gathered to enjoy the game on a large screen and sharing
valuable feedback during the event. It was a fantastic

Amantran Clubhouse Opening
The clubhouse curtain raise at Ashiana Amantran, Jaipur,
witnessed a massive turnout, and the evening was lit up by
the electrifying performance of Moongphali Band! From the
indoor badminton court and rooftop lawn tennis court to
the kids’ play area, everything was appreciated by all.

Groovy Summer Party
In the midst of our summer fun activities, we hosted
an exciting dance party for the kids of Ashiana Anmol,
Gurgaon. With groovy moves, fun games, and an
abundance of laughter, the dance floor became a joyful

Toddlers Summer Camp
Excitement filled the air as we hosted a delightful 15-
day summer camp for our adorable toddlers at Ashiana
Anmol, Gurgaon. From craft day to dancing feet, chef day
to stamp art, kids zumba to sand candle, glass painting
to baby show, each day brought a new adventure packed
with endless fun and learning for the kids.
Taekwondo Battle
Our shining stars, Amanya, Ishaan & Apsara at Ashiana Anmol,
Gurgaon, conquered the District Taekwondo Championship
2023 organized by the Association of Taekwondo Sports in
Faridabad. Kudos to their dedication and hard work!
Mastering Japanese
With the guidance of a resourceful expert, we held captivating
Japanese language trial classes for kids over two days at
Ashiana Town, Bhiwadi. The kids delved into the basics,

Anshvir from Ashiana Anmol, Gurgaon,

under-10 category.

We teamed up with team Doodh Dhara
to host an engaging seminar at Ashiana
Utsav, Bhiwadi, where they presented
their unpasteurized milk, discussed its
benefits, and generously provided free
milk samples to the senior residents.
Wellness First
Medanta Hospital organized a
thoughtful free health checkup camp
for the residents of Ashiana Nirmay,
Bhiwadi. The camp featured expert
doctors, including General Physicians,
Orthopedics, and Cardiologists,
providing valuable medical
consultations to the residents.
Groovy Rain Dance
The residents of Ashiana Utsav, Bhiwadi,
requested water activities to beat the
heat. We organized a delightful family
rain dance event, with residents joyously
participating along with their spouses
and loved ones.
Nursing Excellence

Aqua Cycling, Cardio Workout, and
Zumba Aqua sessions were thoughtfully
organized at Ashiana Nirmay, Bhiwadi,

Utsav, Lavasa, for our senior residents.

Sthapna Diwas Festivity
At Utsav Temple, Bhiwadi, we joyously
celebrated Sai Sthapana Diwas. The
enchanting program commenced with
Sai Bhajans, followed by Abhishek and
Sunderkand Path. The event concluded
with the distribution of prasad to all.
Joyous Harvest
The Baisakhi celebration at Ashiana
Nirmay, Bhiwadi, & Ashiana Utsav,
Lavasa, was a grand success. Our
talented residents presented fantastic
performances. Even during practice
sessions, they thoroughly enjoyed
the Boliyan & Gidha sessions, making
the event a memorable and joyful
experience for everyone.

On the special occasion of Father’s Day,
a delightful activity of cup printing and
a heartwarming cake cutting ceremony
were organized at Ashiana Utsav, Jaipur.

In an exciting collaboration with Team
Hair Originals, we hosted an event at
Ashiana Utsav, Bhiwadi. Professional
hair stylists crafted various stunning
looks for the females followed by fun
competitions like “Pass the Parcel”
added to the enjoyment of the event.
Stay Informed, Stay Healthy
Fortis Hospital organized a special
session on “Special Care for Special
Ones” for the residents of Ashiana
Nirmay, Bhiwadi. Our residents benefited
greatly from the session, showing keen
interest in learning how to take care of
themselves and others during illness or
disease.
Hanuman Jayanti
We celebrated Lord Hanuman’s
birthday at Ashiana Nirmay Mandir in
Bhiwadi & Ashiana Utsav, Jaipur. We
added a special touch by conducting
the sunderkand path, accompanied
by the vibrant beats of drums. The
celebrations were made complete
with the distribution of boondi prasad
to everyone, creating a divine and
delightful atmosphere.
Eating Smart, Living Strong
Mrs. Hatrmeet Ratra, a resident of
Ashiana Utsav, Bhiwadi, conducted
an enlightening speaking session
on nutritional awareness for senior
residents. The session was well-
received by the residents, taking
pleasure in the valuable insights.
Unlocking Inner Peace
At Ashiana Utsav, Bhiwadi, we
conducted a valuable workshop,
led by on of the resident’s NOK, Ms.
Dikssha V. Annand, to explore the
connection between physical issues
and mental health. The insightful
workshop was attended by senior
residents, and some of them expressed
feeling a positive change afterward.
Badminton Battle
A thrilling resident vs staff badminton
tournament was organized at Ashiana
Utsav, Lavasa, where senior residents
engaged in healthy competition against
the staff. The residents thoroughly
enjoyed the matches and cherished the
opportunity to connect with the staff
on the sports field.
Academic Milestone
We organized a special honoring
ceremony at Ashiana Utsav, Bhiwadi, to
celebrate the remarkable achievement
of Ms. Vandana Agarwal. Completing
her Ph.D. in Maths at the age of 68 and
pursuing M.A. in 12 subjects, she is truly
an inspiration for all senior citizens.
Group Physio Session
We collaborated with Move Fit Physio
Care Run by Dr. Shankar Pandey at
Ashiana Shubham, Chennai to conduct
a group physio session for the senior
residents. Monthly, we conduct this
activity twice with the aim of increasing
the awareness about importance of
physical activities.
Living Vicariously
After returning from the U.S.A, our
resident at Ashiana Utsav, Lavasa, Mr.
Mahendra, enthusiastically shared his
travel experiences, photos, and videos
with other residents. It was a delightful
session filled with captivating stories
and cherished memories.
Kitty Bash
The last kitty of the season at Ashiana
Utsav, Jaipur, was organized with great
enthusiasm and fun. The theme of the
kitty was “Hawai” with a beautiful flower
theme, which brought immense joy to
the residents.
Flick & Win
A friendly carrom competition was
organized at Ashiana Utsav, Jaipur,
between the residents and their N.O.K.
The residents emerged as the winners
while both the sides thoroughly enjoyed
the lively competition, making it a
memorable and enjoyable experience.
Health Hub
In partnership with Harmony Health
Care, we organized a free blood test
event for the senior residents at Ashiana
Shubham, Chennai. Many residents
attended, taking proactive steps to
assess their health and prevent any
potential illnesses.
Wellness Camp
A comprehensive health check-up camp
with free investigations including ECG
& BMI was organized at Ashiana Utsav,
Jaipur, in collaboration with Eternal
Hospital. This beneficial event catered to
the health needs of our senior residents,
ensuring their well-being and providing
valuable medical insights.
Khushiyaan Mere Ghar
At Ashiana Utsav, Jaipur, a heartwarming
new segment called “Khushiyaan Mere
Ghar” began, where we celebrate the
birthdays of all our single residents
month-wise. We visit their homes with
cakes and birthday tiaras, bringing joy
and smiles to their special day.
Save The Environment
Campaign
A special drawing session with the
theme “Save The Environment” was
organized at Ashiana Utsav, Jaipur, as
part of a campaign. Both residents and
their NOKs enthusiastically participated
in the event. The drawings carried a
powerful message: “Save the Earth,
Save Us.”
Unite In Wellness
We joyfully celebrated “International
Yoga Day” across all our senior living
communities. Senior residents were
warmly welcomed as we discussed
the myriad benefits of yoga. Many
residents demonstrated various yoga
asanas and pranayama, and others
actively participated in the event.
A Day For Moms & Families
We celebrated Mother’s Day and the
International Day of Families together in
a beautiful program at Ashiana Nirmay,
Bhiwadi. The event was graced by a
delightful ramp walk where mothers
and daughters walked together creating
unforgettable moments of love and
togetherness.
Mahavir Jayanti Celebration
Mahavir Jayanti was celebrated for the
first time at Ashiana Nirmay, Bhiwadi.
As a unique and special event, we
organized a pheri or yatra, which was
thoroughly enjoyed by all the residents.

Core Value Story
Nishanth, the ambulance driver at Ashiana Shubham, Chennai, noticed that one of our 66-year-old residents, Mr. Prakash, appeared tired and unwell. Without delay, Nishanth escorted him to the medical room, where they assessed his temperature, blood pressure, and overall condition. They arranged for his meals and ensured he returned safely to his home. Since Mr. Prakash lives alone, our nurse accompanied Nishanth to monitor his health and found the resident is unconscious, prompted them to rush him to SRM Hospital promptly for immediate medical attention. We thank Nishanth for going the extra mile & delivering happiness all around.
