Mr. Ankur Gupta, JMD of Ashiana Housing Limited

He is a well-known name in the Senior Living fraternity. A renowned speaker at ‘Retirement Communities’ all over the world, he is on the advisory board of Ageing Asia and is a co-founder of ASLI (Association of Senior Living in India). Mr. Gupta holds an MSc in Real Estate from New York University, specializing in Senior Living. He has visited several Senior Living projects across the globe and addressed various forums on Senior Living in the USA, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, and other countries of Southeast Asia. At Ashiana, we are now on our 8th senior living project and about to launch our 9th with more than 2000 units delivered in retirement housing at four different locations and more than 3000 units in the launch.
