- Encourage employees to go for Annual tour by absorbing half cost of tour even for their family members. In FY 2019-20, the following teams went for the Annual tour to -
- Employee is eligible for loyalty grant of 11% of the cost of unit purchased (On Purchase of home with Ashiana) after completion of 5 years of services with Ashiana.
- Group Mediclaim policy up to floater of Rs 2L
- Emergency loan to employees with 0% interest
- Employees can encash their annual leave up to 72% :-
