        Don't take flates in ashiana , they have worst rules for family. They don't allow families and friends to use amenities. Then what's point in giving high maintenance in society

        We had booked 3BHK in Ashiana Daksh, for two reasons prime being its Ashiana property and secondary being its location, We were excited to have look on the sample flat, during recent visit of the sample flats are excitement vanished away. The single brick partition which is between washing machine area and dining space is further squezzeing the space in hall / dining area. No size of dining table can be accommodated in existing space due to this wall. This wall is not at all desirable. We request other aspirants to visit sample flat and give your observations. Similarily absence of wash basin in hall / dining area is big disappointment. Resident of Vrinda garden have same problem. Washing machine area may be shifted to secondary balcony adjecnt to master bed room. 2. As Daksh is construction stage , we plead to the management to look in to our above requests. Ashiana is ultimate brand, still beingg opened to suggestions will strengthened the brand further. 3, We are willing pay extra expenses on accommodating our above suggestions. KINDLY LOOK INTO.

        Nice Project at great location. One thing which I found missing in this Ashiana Project is no tennis court. In all other Ashiana projects, two Tennis courts are available for residents. There could be slight improvement in terms of utilizing the open space of badminton for Tennis Court. This will definitely add more stars to this project. Apart from that It is a good project at such a prime location @jagatpura.

        The best thing about Ashiana Daksh is that even after the bog down of the traumatic lock down, the spirits are so high and so is the work in progress. We have booked a flat in the second phase and just to overlook the construction progress, we made a surprise visit on the site few days ago and were taken aback by the tremendous speed at which the construction was in swing. Kudos to all the workers and the hospitable staff who are braving this pandemic with their positive mettle. I would also like to make a special mention of the online activities that are regularly posted for us to upgrade our knowledge and skills.         Everything is so awesome in Ashiana Daksha, but one thing which had hit me Podium garden If beauty wise we see it is perfect, but since tree and plant are not connected to earth surface, it will not give water poring to Earth,keeping in mind the decreasing level of water avalibitiy, it is urge of nature to do as many plantation we can to provide more water poring to Earth Surface I request if Podium garden can be converted to normal garden, that will benefit nature as well Thanks in advance

        Ma'am,  The landscaping is decided at the initial stage as suggested by our landscape Architect. However your suggestions have been noted & will be passed on to the concerned. We chose podium keepng in mind many aspects like utilization of space for several purposes & landscaping.

        Ashiana is the brand name of ultimate care and comfort so I have booked a flat in Daksh. Pigeon menace is omnipresent in all high-rise buildings, my suggestion is that no hinges or extensions of any structure, protruding columns be kept in the building except for strength of building. Reduction or in the absence of such structure pigeon menace could be reduced.

        Every thing is good in your project but in Kitchen if you raise the floor under the Platform to some extent i.e. some height from the actual floor of the Kitchen. So that if someone wants to clean the floor with water, their wooden cabinet under platform do not become wet. It will be beneficial to every flat/unit holder.

        Ashiana is the name which give customers trust and that's why I have registered in ashiana daksh. Location is very good. But the overall project area and flats space are little smaller. And there is one drawback in this project. There is no mini theatre. Projects like ashianas, all having this facility. I hope ashiana will make some efforts towards this.
