- Written & oral communication skills are essential as regular communication with RWA & residents will be an integral part of the role along with feedback(s) for improvement in current and future projects to the relevant stakeholder(s).
- S/He will be responsible for monthly collections as well planning and adhering to the budget and preparation of monthly reports.
- S/He is expected to ensure statutory/regulatory compliances at the project(s).
- S/He must ensure training & development of his team along with understanding employee observations by way of Quarterly townhalls.
