- The HR Manager will lead the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring seamless execution of core HR processes and statutory compliances under BOCW, CLRA, and other applicable labour laws. This role demands a balance of strategic HR capability and on-ground operational excellence, with strong coordination between corporate HR and project teams.

- Ensure 100% compliance with BOCW, CLRA, EPF, ESI, and related labour regulations.
- Conduct regular internal audits at project locations to identify and rectify compliance gaps.

- Execute exit formalities, including Full & Final (F&F) settlements within statutory timelines (e.g., Payment of Gratuity Act, EPF withdrawal processing).

- Facilitate grievance handling in line with Industrial Disputes Act, mediating between corporate HR and site teams.
