    • The core purpose is to ensure financial operations including robust financial and accounting/ internal controls and financial reporting which represents true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company.
    • Analyse trends, variances, and operational issues, delivering financial reports and actionable recommendations to management.
    • Adhere to Indian GAAP (Ind AS), company policies, and regulations, while coordinating statutory/Tax/Internal audits.
    • Review and analyse commercial arrangements from compliance, accounting and legal perspective
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, external auditors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment and implementation on financial strategies and compliance requirements.
