They are set to escalate to Rs. 3000 per sq. meter from a paltry range of Rs. 150-600 per sq. meter. Real estate rates for residential property are poised to increase by Rs. 2000 sq. meter and that of industrial property are predicted to rise by Rs. 1000 per sq. meter.
This appreciation has attracted many investors to become a part of this real estate boom. Once Neemrana is transformed, property rates are set to increase further leading to maximum return on investment.
