- Own and ensure end to end delivery of projects within estimated timelines and as per quality standards His/her aim should be towards implementation of a “wow” factor in the projects.
- Devise the sequence of various activities to be conducted on site in coordination with key Stakeholders.
- Responsible for accomplishing profitability of the project through budget adherence, checking of estimates, BOQs and BOMs and regular auditing of materials at sites.
- Ensure timely planning of construction with respect to annual targets & its completion with desired quality within budgeted cost.
- Will coordinate with purchase team and facilitate vendor enrolment, managing cost, approval(s) via farvision & coordination between BO &HO.
- Responsible for safety, staffing, training & development of site staff and meeting all required legal statutory compliances.
- What are we looking for?

- If you are a civil Engineer with 15 to 18 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in engineering (full time/regular).
- Along with a passion for quality and an eye for minute detailing are prerequisites for this position.
- MS projects understanding preferred.
- Multiple projects handling experience.

- Coordinate with consultants, internal departments and all other relevant teams and Provide GFC drawings on time.
- Ensure that all necessary regulatory approvals and permits are obtained in a timely manner. This includes building permits, environmental clearances, and any other legal requirements.
- Identify potential risks and develop a risk management plan to mitigate them.
- Allocate resources efficiently, including human resources, materials, and equipment. Ensure that the project team has the necessary skills and tools to execute the project.
- Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring that costs are controlled, and the project remains financially viable. Ensure regular budget reviews and adjustments as necessary.
- Create a realistic project timeline and ensure that all project milestones are met. Ensure monitoring progress, and adjusting timelines as needed to keep the project on track.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that all aspects of the project meet the required standards and specifications. Ensure regular inspections and quality control measures. Implement new technologies in coordination with R&D and purchase team.
- Take initiative to plan and execute activities which would generate customer delights.
- What are we looking for?

- If you are a civil Engineer with 3-6 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in engineering (full time)
- Project planning capabilities.
- Understanding of building structure with respect to stability, safety and cost.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the project meet the required standards and specifications.
- Ability to forecasting upcoming challenges and pressure with maintenance of resolving.
- Clear and effective communication skills for presenting project updates, writing reports, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed
