Vishal has been with Ashiana Housing for more than two decades and has been actively involved in the design, project execution, HR and general administration. He is also the VP of CREDAI (North) and an active member of YPO. He believes in having a hands-on approach to understand the real estate business, customer psychology and market behavior. Vishal has a great eye for details and takes a keen interest in conceptualisation and planning of new housing projects for the company. He is a commerce graduate of Sydenham College (Mumbai) and an MBA from FORE School of management (Delhi).

Ankur Gupta is the Joint Managing Director of the company. Mr. Ankur Gupta is a Bachelor in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University (USA) and an MS in Real Estate from New York University (USA). Mr. Ankur Gupta focused on residential projects for senior citizens during his research work at University. His experience was to put to good use at Ashiana Senior Living projects and currently he leads Marketing & Sales and Facility Management segments. He has around nineteen years experience and is associated with Ashiana for the last seventeen years.

Varun is the Whole Time Director of the company and has been associated with Ashiana Housing since 2008. He spends most of his time in finding new projects to start, including identifying & acquiring land, associating with joint development partners and planning long term strategies for the company. He has played a key role in bringing the new concept of Kid Centric Homes to Ashiana Housing with the aim to foster the "right mahaul" for progressive learning & development of kids. He has been researching on this concept for more than two years and working on the right processes to encourage kids learning, meeting various expert & much more. Varun has a Bachelor's degree from Stern School of Business, New York University (USA). He majored in Finance and Management and graduated with the high academic distinction of 'Magna Cum Laude' and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.

Shantanu the profit center head and is responsible for project implementation and revenue generation at Ashiana projects in Bhiwadi and Neemrana. Shantanu retired as an officer from the Indian Army and holds a B.A with a major in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. He also has a post-graduate Diploma in Industrial Security and Corporate Intelligence. Shantanu has been with us since 2010.

Shyamal leads Ashiana Housing’s Operations and is in charge of construction and planning activities of the company. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering. Shyamal has nearly three decades of rich experience in this field, and was previously employed with Hyundai Corporation in Kuwait. He has been associated with Ashiana Housing for the last 22 years, handling the company’s major construction projects.

Vikash was appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company in September 2014. He is a graduate of Shriram College of Commerce, New Delhi. He has over 15 years of experience across various verticals – finance, business partnering and analytics, strategy, risk management, systems implementation, audits and management assurance services, corporate governance and general management. Vikash is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Insurance Institute of India. He is also a professional member of All India Management Association and Indian Council of Arbitration. Prior to Ashiana Housing, Vikash was at Vodafone as Head - Finance.

Mr. Sunil Vidyadhar Damle joined Ashiana in March 2021. As Vice President (Pune & Mumbai), he is the business head for the company in these two cities. Mr. Damle is a retired Army Officer, who is BTech in Mechanical Engineering and MBA in Finance. He brings with him a rich professional experience spanning over three decades in uniform, which includes various types of roles in leadership, perspective and operational planning, infrastructure development, implementation of processes, introduction of new technologies, defence procurement, project management and financial planning/management.

Mr. Abhijit Joshi is a Commerce Graduate (B.com) and also holds a diploma in Engineering and AJP from Gemmological Institute of America. He has 25 years of rich experience in sales, business development, and marketing across various industry verticals viz. home appliances, Medical Insurance, Luxury and lifestyle products, Media, and E-Commerce business (TV Shopping Channel). Proficient in is areas of Direct Sales, Channel Sales, B to B, B to C, and E-Commerce business, Mr. Joshi has been accredited 18 promotions and up-graduations with 33 awards in his career. He joined Ashiana as VP of Gurugram location in February 2021

She has joined Ashiana as General Manager – Human Resources in Ashiana. She's holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and a Post Graduate degree from New York University in Human Resources. She comes to Ashiana with 15 years of experience in various roles within HR including Recruitment, Employee Engagement , Organization Development ,Benefits Administration, Performance Management & Strategic Planning in order to support and further corporate goals. She has led HR for organizations in a variety of sectors like E-Commerce ,Public Relations, IT and ITEs. She has been associated with Ashiana since February, 2018.

Mr. Arvind Pandey joined Ashiana in August 2021 as GM – Architecture, leading the design team. An SPA graduate with 30 years of experience, he has worked in Dubai and India on large-scale residential, commercial, and IT park projects, including a tenure as Chief Architect at DLF.

Mr. Sushil Joshi, FMP was the Vice President of Ashiana Maintenance Services responsible for the facility management and active senior living business till 2021 and re-joined in the same position in January 2023, in place of Mr. Shantnu Rishi, former VP- Facility Management. After a career in defence forces, he worked with “Safexpress Pvt Ltd” as “GM operations” till 15th Oct 2015. He has been associated with Ashiana for more than 6 years.

Major General H. Dharmarajan, PVSM, AVSM, SM, VSM (Retd) is a decorated Indian Army veteran with over 37 years of distinguished service. A combat leader and former UN Peacekeeper, he has held key command positions across India's borders and led operations during critical phases like the abrogation of Article 370 in J&K. He has received 13 gallantry and service awards, including for being wounded in action. An alumnus of RIMC, NDA, IMA, and international institutions like the US National War College, he holds advanced degrees in MSc, MPhil, and MBA, with executive education from IIM Mumbai and IIM Calcutta. He has also played a strategic role in Army budgeting, defence e-commerce, and policy reforms. Post-retirement, he was recognised by the Capacity Building Commission for uplifting border communities in J&K. He now contributes actively in the corporate and strategic consulting space.

Mr. Amit Suvra Dutta, now VP–Jamshedpur (effective 1st May 2024), was previously leading Ashiana’s Jodhpur operations. An SP Jain Global MBA and St. Xavier’s graduate, he brings 20 years of expertise in business development, operations, and leadership across top organizations including Yamaha, Spencer’s, Apeejay Surrendra, and ICICI Bank.
