Our quarterly construction progress reports will outline milestones achieved. Based on the report, you have to pay as per the schedule and amount mentioned on the signed document. Although our agreements have an escalation clause, in the last 36 years we have never charged a higher payment invoking this clause or escalated the price.
Ashiana Housing properties have been purchased by former defence personnel through approved loans from AGIGF/ AFGIF and other such agencies. Our team will assist you with all the required documents to procure loans from these agencies.
