We haven't launched senior living projects in Gurgaon or Delhi because they would be very expensive because of the land price in these two locations. Yes, we have a cafe facility in Ashiana Nirmay - Senior Living which offers sumptuous meals to its senior residents. Our cafe offers freshly cooked nutritious meals to our residents to keep them fit and healthy without the hassle of cooking and cleaning after. Meals in the cafe are also a great time to bond with friends and family.
In Ashiana Nirmay, Bhiwadi the average cafe charges per person per month would be Rs. 7000 for all three meals.
The average cost of using the cafe for the entire month would be Rs. 14000.
The price of the high rise apartments ranges from ₹34.20 lacs - ₹74.50 lacs. There are on the number of persons living in one unit (all above 55 years). Anyone can buy a unit at Ashiana Nirmay for investment purposes or future use, however to permanently stay there, at least one partner in each couple has to be above 55 years of age. Yes, we have a trial home wherein you can not only stay and experience the life which you will get in Ashiana Nirmay, but will also be able to differentiate it from old age homes. However due to the current health crisis, we have discontinued the trial home service to safeguard our residents. As soon as things go back to normal we will resume it.

I HAVE A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH NIRMAY .I HAD BOOKED THE FIRST FLAT IN PRELAUNCHING PERIOD OF PHASE 1 WITH TWO CAR PARKING SLOT.BUT THEY ALLOTED ME A SINGLE CAR PARKING FOR OBLIDGING THEIR DEAR ONE .INSPITE OF MY REAPEATED REQUESTS PAYING NO ATTENTION TO MY PLEADS.I AM VERY MUCH DISTURBED BY GETTING CHEATED THIS WAY BY A COMPANY WHOSE SLOGAN IS "YOU ARE IN SAFE HANDS".BE AWARE OF THE SAFETY THEY PROVIDE TO THEIR ESTEEMED CUSTOMERS BEFORE INVESTING..SIMILARLY I ASLO FACED THE SIMILAR EXPERIENCE IN SHPOP NO 8 IN THR (PROJECT OF ASHIANA SAME GROUP).

It was nice to know about successful projects by ashiana specifically for senior citizens. Just wanted to enquire weather ashiana planning to bring senior citizen projects having golf putting practice greens or may be two/three (Par 3 ) hole mini golf facilities.
