Dear friends,
Last quarter, we saw some amazing results for Ashiana. Phase-I of Ashiana Amarah, Kid Centric Homes, in Gurugram, sold out completely on Day 1. The kind of excitement and waiting for this project was just amazing. We also launched Ashiana Advik Senior Living in Bhiwadi & we’d never seen this kind of sale in any senior living project ever before. The upgraded product with villas, landscape, amenities & specifications of this project made it unique. Please do visit our sales lounge and experience it yourself. Two more big launches - Ashiana Ekansh in Jaipur and Ashiana Prakriti in Jamshedpur are all set to be launched. I would urge all of you to visit the sales lounge to see how we, as a brand, have transformed ourselves.
The team is working hard to provide a great experience for our kids in Kid Centric Homes. On a trial basis, a 3D printer and a high-end telescope were installed in our project to give a different experience to children. If successful, the team will try to provide the same in other locations. Also, for the first time we introduced, Kids Got Talent on Christmas, and kids from Bhiwadi & Jaipur travelled to our Sohna project to showcase their talent. It’s just heartwarming to see the different value our team is bringing to the kids’ lives.
In the senior living community, our guest speakers spoke about cybercrime and a lawyer talked about will-making. Both these subjects are critical to keeping us safe and planning better.

Ashiana Phoolwari kids celebrated Diwali by decorating
their surroundings with bright colors. They created beautiful
rangolis, paper lanterns and painted clay lamps. The festival

Our dedicated teachers at Ashiana Phoolwari came together

Spreading His Message
On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti & Rashtriya Swachhta
Diwas, we conducted a clean-up drive at various operative
locations. Our young ones took the lead by performing a
role-play of Gandhiji, spreading his message of cleanliness
and participating in various craft activities related to the
theme, making it a fun and meaningful experience for all.
Khushiyon Ka Tohfa Wali Drive
We initiated Khushiyon Ka Tohfa Wali Drive for all our
employees who came forward and contributed generously
to Phoolwari children who experience immense joy while
receiving new dresses to wear on the occasion of Diwali.
Societal Commitment
Following our commitment to provide a better place for
all, Ashiana has undertaken 2 more schools to upgrade
the infrastructure in Srigarpura, Jaipur and CSI School in
Chennai. A visualization workshop with teachers and school
committee members was conducted to understand the
requirement of the school in Srigarpura, Jaipur.
Dressed For Success
New uniforms were distributed to Phoolwari kids from our
communities giving them a new look and making them
feel refreshed to start the coming year with more energy
Valuable Contribution
From art & crafts sessions to celebrating small and big
occasions, we thank all our volunteers from different
communities who contributed their time in bringing smiles
to our Phoolwari kids.
Treat For Everyone
Kids of Phoolwari dressed up as little Santa and distributed
handmade gifts to Ashiana employees bringing smiles to
their faces. Phoolwari classrooms were also given festive look
with bells, stars, and a beautifully decorated Christmas tree.
The kids enjoyed the day with Santa along with lots of fun
activities followed by cake cutting and gift distribution.
Experiential Learning
Activity-based learning was conducted for Phoolwari
kids to teach them new concepts and experience modelmaking activities. From learning about musical instruments
to clay modeling to learning the lifestyle of a butterfly, kids
enjoyed being part of experiential learning.

9 Nights Of Bliss
In the series of festivals, Navratri was celebrated at Ashiana
Dwarka, Ashiana Greenwood, Rangoli Gardens and Ashiana
Tarang where dandiya night was organized with full
enthusiasm and residents participated with full joy & fervor.
Celebrating The Spirit Of Victory
Dussehra, signifying the victory of good over evil, was
celebrated at Ashiana Dwarka, Jodhpur, Ashiana Greenwood
and Rangoli Gardens, Jaipur, where the majority of the
residents witnessed Ravan Dahan followed by several other
activities.
Water Supply
After a successful installation of the electromagnetic
flow meter, we got the government approval for the
commencement of water supply to Ashiana Amarbagh,
Jodhpur, from 1st December 2022.
Bhoomi Pujan
Bhoomi Pujan before the start of construction activities of
Block no. 10 & Block no. 11 was organized on 30th October
2022 at Ashiana Dwarka, Jodhpur, where employees
performed the puja in the hope of successful completion
of the project. The launch of the project was followed by
the puja on 12th November 2022 with employees welcoming
registration for new homes.
The Glittering Festival
Festival of lights, Diwali was celebrated with the decoration
of colorful lights and happy faces of residents at Ashiana
Dwarka, Jodhpur; Ashiana Greenwood, Jaipur and
Ashiana Tarang, Bhiwadi. Diwali gifts were distributed by
our Supermoms to the vendor staff, which added to their
happiness and motivated them.
Blood Donation Camp
Residents at Rangoli Plaza, Jaipur, came together with
open hearts and willing arms to make a difference at the
recent blood donation camp.
A Day Full Of Joy
On the occasion of Children’s Day, the kids at Ashiana
Tarang engaged in fun activities like balloon races, lemon
races, kathak group dance performances and food stalls
which got their taste buds dancing. It was a day filled with
joy, laughter and memories to last a lifetime.
Dental Check-up Camp
We organized a free dental check-up camp at Ashiana
Tarang, Bhiwadi, where all the residents were offered checkups, cleanings, and treatments by a team of skilled dentists.
Making Life Easier
Rangoli Gardens, Jaipur, took the initiative of ensuring
comfort and convenience for its senior citizens with the
introduction of a new rickshaw service within the building,
making it easier for them to navigate and enjoy the
community’s amenities.
Kids Workshop
A kids’ workshop was held at Rangoli Gardens, Jaipur,
where specialized trainers were invited to help the children
with breathing exercises to keep them active and focused
throughout the day. The workshop also helped children
with their creativity and channel it in the right direction.-
Christmas Celebration
Rangoli Plaza, Jaipur and Ashiana Tarang, Bhiwadi,
residents celebrated Christmas with a festive spirit. The
community came together to spread cheer and joy with a
few Christmas performances followed by a delicious feast.
Badminton Tournament
Residents of Rangoli Plaza and Rangoli Gardens, Jaipur,
showed off their skills and sportsmanship at the badminton
tournament The tournament was a great opportunity for
residents to bond and have fun, and it was a victory for all
who participated.
Chatt Pooja
Gulmohar Gardens, Jaipur, residents came together to
celebrate the Chatt Pooja with full devotion and enthusiasm.
The community participated in the traditional pooja and
offered their prayers to the Sun God.
Karwa Chauth
Female residents of Rangoli Gardens, Jaipur and Ashiana
Tarang, Bhiwadi, celebrated Karwa Chauth with full devotion
and tradition. The evening was filled with love, blessings,
and beautiful memories as they participated in the pooja
and cultural performances.
New Year Vibes
Residents of Ashiana Tarang, Bhiwadi, came together to
celebrate with music from a live DJ, dancing, delicious food
from the food stalls and a cozy bonfire. It was a night to
remember as residents bonded over good music, great
food, and warm company.

Astronomy For Everyone
An entertaining and educational
astronomy workshop on the Sun was
held by Ashiana Umang in Jaipur on the
occasion of the solar eclipse. Children
learned about solar eclipse myths while
seeing the sun through a telescope.
A Festival of Joy & Triumph
Dussehra was celebrated at Ashiana
Town, Bhiwadi and Ashiana Umang,
Jaipur. Ashiana Town celebrated
Dussehra with children creating their
own small Ravan followed by playing
the role of Ram, Laxman, and Hanuman.
Ashiana Umang kids got themselves
into a mesmerizing Ramayana act
presented by the drama club which
was well appreciated by the audience.
Dandiya Celebration
Dandiya night was celebrated with kids
of Ashiana Umang, Jaipur and Ashiana
Town, Bhiwadi. The kids prepared and
participated in cultural performances
followed by a fun dandiya dance.
Trick Or Treat Soiree
On the occasion of Halloween, a spooky
& fun party was organized at Ashiana
Kid Centric Homes. Kids, dressed like
ghosts, participated in fun activities like
scary acts, Halloween ramp walks, etc.,
to be a part of a joyful night.

A Carnival Of Fun
On Children’s Day, a variety of fun and
interactive activities were held for the
kids of Ashiana Umang, Jaipur, where
they engaged in painting competitions,
quiz contests, pottery, magic shows and
many more games to celebrate the day
Fancy Dress Frenzy
Ashiana Town in Bhiwadi successfully
organized a fancy dress competition
for children under the age of 14, where
participants dressed in eco-friendly
costumes and shared the importance of
wearing them.
Kids Got Talent Season 2
Ashiana Anmol hosted the first ever
inter Kid Centric Homes event of ‘Kids
Got Talent’ season 2 finale at Gurgaon
on the occasion of Christmas. Winners
were felicitated with trophies and
certificates for their achievements.
Seed To Harvest
Kids at Ashiana Umang, Jaipur, and
Ashiana Town, Bhiwadi, learnt planting,
digging, and growing their own food in
a kitchen gardening activity. Kids also
gave speeches about the importance of
growing plants.
The Quest For Knowledge
In collaboration with Brighter minds
by Heartfulness, a quiz competition
was held at Ashiana Umang in Jaipur.
Three winners were chosen out of a
total of 81 children who participated
and answered general knowledge and

To increase awareness of the theme
Farm to Kitchen for kids we organised
a farm visit. Kids of Ashiana Umang,
Jaipur and Ashiana Town, Bhiwadi,
explored vegetable farming, food grain
farming and cow dairy farming.
Moon Magic
Kids of Ashiana Umang, Jaipur, observed
the moon closely with our very new
telescope to enlighten themselves

We are delighted to share with you that
Yuvraj Singh, the champion of Ashiana
Anmol, won two gold medals at the
Aryan’s Cup Open National Taekwondo
Championship in 2022, bringing glory

The Sports Bash
To commemorate Children’s Day, we
held a sports fiesta at Ashiana Anmol
in Gurgaon. Children from Phoolwari
were asked to participate in games
like the lemon spoon race, obstacle
balance race, three-legged race, etc. in
an upbeat atmosphere.
The Diwali Workshop
In Ashiana Anmol, Gurgaon, and Ashiana
Town, Bhiwadi, we held workshops
on Diwali-themed crafts and diya
decoration for children. All kids took
part in the events during the holidays
with great enthusiasm and enjoyed

Pep Mind Workshop
We conducted an insightful and helpful Cleanliness Drive
Pep Mind workshop, “Be a memory
master” for all kids and their parents
at Ashiana Anmol, Gurgaon. Pepmind
rank-holder kids showed their talent
and gave presentations for which they
were felicitated with trophies.
Parenting through Creativity
We conducted a fun parenting
education session at Ashiana Anmol,
Gurgaon, by Shalom International
School. Everyone who attended the
session received plants. The session
promoted the use of fun and positive
parenting practices such as using
positive language, planned discipline,
and family routines.
The Stone Canvas
We conducted a fun and interesting
stone painting workshop at Ashiana
Anmol, Gurgaon, where kids expressed
their ideas and emotions through their
colourful work on different stones.
New Year Celebration

and their parents engaged in dance,
music, food and fun games activated at

Cleanliness Drive
We planned a cleanliness campaign with
the children of Ashiana Town, Bhiwadi,
on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. A
rally was organised alongside the drive
for cleanliness, which encouraged the
residents to participate.
Self Defence Workshop
Ashiana Town, Bhiwadi organized an
interactive and engaging self defence
workshop for teenage girls and women
to teach them some basic techniques
of self defence.
World Students’ Day
Team Ashiana Town in Bhiwadi
celebrated World Students’ Day in
memory of the 11th president of India, Dr.
APJ Abdul Kalam. All children enjoyed
engaging in dance, speech and painting
to learn and have fun.
World Food Day
On the occasion of World Food Day,
we organized a Speech Competition at
Ashiana Town, Bhiwadi, on the theme
‘Do Not Waste Food’. In keeping with
our goal of ‘Each One-Feed One’, we
walked outside and distributed biscuits,
fruits, chocolates, and other treats to
underprivileged children.
The Taekwondo Test
We conducted a Taekwondo belt
examination session at Ashiana Town,
Bhiwadi, where we invited examiners
from Gurugram authorised academy
to examine the skills of 22 kids who
appeared to showcase their active
talent towards the sport.
Diwali Mela
We organised a Diwali mela at the
central park of Ashiana Town, Bhiwadi,
where Live & Learn kids learned the art
of doing business and earning skills by
putting up games, Diwali decor, lighting
& bakery stalls. The event happily
engaged the families, especially children
for a fun-filled evening.
Verbal Volley
We organised a debate competition
on climate change for kids of Ashiana
Town, Bhiwadi, where the participants
actively showcased their verbal and
research skills for an interactive session.
Math Mastery
We planned a two-day math programme
for children between the ages of 10 and
15. The instructor engaged the children
in an entertaining yet educational lesson
by visualising arithmetic concepts and
using real-world analogies.
Raising Young Minds
We organised a feedback meeting of
parents with the coach and coordinator
of Ashiana Town, Bhiwadi. An insightful
session for parents helped increase
their kids’ participation in various
tournaments for overall development.
Nukkad Natak
Ashiana Town’s Live & Learn kids played
nukkad natak on Save Water. The
purpose of this activity was to spread
awareness about water conservation
which got successfully accomplished
with spectators being actively engaged
in the show.
Science & Technology
Ashiana Town, Bhiwadi, organised an
engaging science workshop for kids
under the guidance of an expert who
taught them different concepts like
projector making with a magnifying
glass and hologram imaging with a
transparent sheet.
Checkmate Challenge
We organized a chess workshop for
kids of Ashiana Town, Bhiwadi, to
exercise their minds while inviting a
national player, Mr. Akshay Kumar, who
taught them the basic skills required to
be competitive in any game.
The Taekwondo Milestone
Kids of Ashiana Town, Bhiwadi,
participated in Inter School Taekwondo
Championship where Miss Gurnoor
achieved 1st Position, bringing prestige
to the community.
Tennis Champs
Twenty-plus students from Ashiana
Town, Bhiwadi, actively participated in
district and state-level competitions
and won 10-plus medals at different
levels to bring glory.
Skating Champs
Ashiana Town’s Live & Learn champ,
MS Sannidhi, won a silver medal in state
level skating competition held at Rewari,
bringing joy & pride to their society.
Racquet Rulers
Kids, Daksh and Aseem, of Ashiana
Town, Bhiwadi, brought laurels in
Badminton where they won medals in
district and state-level championships.
Kindness Campaign
Ashiana Town’s Live & Learn kids took
the initiative of spreading happiness
on Diwali through a donation drive for
needy ones. Kids collected sweets,
stationery kits, toys and Diwali decors
to distribute amongst the housekeeping
staff and Ashiana Phoolwari children
putting a smile on everyone’s faces.

Celebration Of Divine Power
After celebrating 8 Days, the last
day of Navratri was organized with
a Navami Pooja and Mata Ki Chowki
organized at Ashiana Utsav Temple,
Jaipur and Ashiana Nirmay, Bhiwadi,
respectively. Residents performed a
holy Durga Pooja, danced and sang
along to melodious bhajans and kirtans,
celebrating the end of the auspicious
festival with joy and devotion.
Lighting The Way To Victory
OOn the occasion of Dussehra and
Sindoor Khela, residents at Ashiana
Utsav, Jaipur, performed Ravan Dahan
followed by a holy pooja and ended
the day by enthusiastically playing
with sindoor and savoring sweets.

Karwa Chauth Pooja was organised
at Ashiana Utsav, Jaipur and Ashiana
Utsav, Bhiwadi. The female residents
engrossed themselves in the devotion
with the katha and evening music
programme arrangement. Ashiana
Nirmay residents celebrated the festival
at Ashiana Town, Bhiwadi, where
the female residents engaged in the
mehndi program and evening stalls
featuring karwas, dresses, necklaces
and paintings.
Diwali Greetings
On the occasion of Diwali, residents of
Ashiana Utsav, Jaipur, performed Laxmi
Pooja at their homes and gathered in
the activity hall to greet each other.
Residents of Ashiana Shubham, Chennai,
lit up their festival celebrations with
vibrant and beautiful diya paintings,
bringing the festival of lights to life with
their artistic creations.
Stay Active, Stay Safe
A Fall Prevention session, with the help
of Ashiana Utsav Manager, Mr. Manoj
Sharma, was organized for single
residents. The session discussed the
caution that residents and staff can
take at the time of emergency.
Children’s Day
It was a day filled with joy as 36 children
from Ashiana Foundation joined
us at Ashiana Nirmay, Bhiwadi, for
Children’s Day celebrations. Beautiful
performances, a delicious lunch, and
precious gifts made the day for our
residents.
Cyber Defense 101
With the help of IDBI Bank, a special
session on basic cyber security
was organised at Ashiana Utsav,
Jaipur where the seniors took active
participation in understanding the basic
protocols to keep themselves safe.

A Winter Exhibition was organised
at Ashiana Utsav, Jaipur. Residents
purchased from an array of cosy and
fashionable options and demanded
more exhibitions to be arranged in the
coming years.

Mega Health Check-up Camp
A medical camp was organised by Silver
Streak Multispeciality Hospital where
specialized doctors like neurologists,
dermatologists, physiotherapists and
dentists came for a free consultation for
the residents. Everyone appreciated the
effort and got their concerns addressed
in a successful manner.
New Year Bash
Ringing in the new year with style,
residents at Ashiana Utsav, Lavasa
and Ashiana Utsav, Jaipur, put on
their dancing shoes and let loose at
the New Year bash with entertaining
performances, games and a delicious
dinner to culminate the year on a sweet
note.
Garba Mode On
Ashiana Utsav, Bhiwadi, organized
a dandiya night, where one of
the residents presented a special
performance to engage everyone and
culminated the evening with delicious
food provided by Utsav cafe.
Navrang Kavi Sammelan
We organised Navrang Kavi Sammelan
at Ashiana Utsav, Bhiwadi, where
professional poets came from Kolkata
and presented their beautiful and
inspiring poems along with the residents
actively engaging with them.
Month End Celebration
The residents at Ashiana Utsav, Lavasa,
came together to celebrate the lives
and milestones of their fellow ones by
admiring their love and friendship for
one another.
Diwali Carnival
A Diwali carnival was held at Ashiana
Utsav, Bhiwadi, in conjunction with
Sonam Prabha School for speciallyabled children. The residents bought
beautiful products made by the
children to make their festival happy
ISKON Sankirtan
With the assistance of the ISKON
Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir team,
we organised ISKON sankirtan at
Ashiana Utsav, Bhiwadi, where residents
participated and devoted themselves to
a spiritual evening.
Building Willpower
Our residents at Ashiana Utsav, Bhiwadi,
learned the ins and outs of will planning
from the expert guidance of Supreme
Court lawyers Mr. Animesh Gupta
and Mr. Achal Jain. This talk session
on creating awareness was a huge
success and left our residents feeling
empowered to plan for their future.
Ulhaas Sports Fiesta
The Ulhaas Sports Fiesta at Ashiana
Utsav, Bhiwadi, brought residents
together for three days of friendly
competition and fun, with 12 events to
choose from, including a walking relay
race and a carrom competition.
Thermal Bed Massage
Residents at Ashiana Utsav, Bhiwadi,
were able to relax and rejuvenate with
the help of Nuga Medical India Pvt. Ltd.,
who organized a Thermal Bed Massage
Session. The full-body massage
provided relief from back, joint, and
knee pain, and continued for seven days.
Christmas Carnival
Ashiana Utsav, Bhiwadi, celebrated
a festive carnival with residents
participating in the preparations.
There was a delicious spread of food

Milestone Achieved
I’m feeling proud to have completed
200 Half Marathons in the year 2022
from 1st Jan 2022 till 31st Dec 2022.
Previously I had attempted 150 Half
Marathons in the year 2020 and
achieved it. My every run has not been
less than 22 km - the reason being I
wanted to do runs matching with the
year 2022 little extra than Half Marathon
which in general is measured as 13.1094
miles or 21.0975km.
It’s all about how you set any goals for
yourself, attempt them, and achieve
them.
Quite many learnings by doing 200 Half
Marathons:
1. Listen to your body and focus on how
to maintain a low heart rate.
2. Develop better endurance for long
runs by running at an easy pace and
remaining injury free.
3. Make your runs as comfortable and
enjoyable.
4. Take adequate rest wherever and
whenever necessary, eat well, and sleep
well.
My achievement has been recorded in
Indian Book of Records for the year 2022 - as the highest number of half-marathons in a year.

Core Value Story
During a cyclone in Chennai, members
of the maintenance team, Satish,
Abhishek, and Jyothirmaya, decided to
remain onsite overnight to oversee the
sewage treatment plant and coordinate
efforts. Despite the challenging
conditions, they took responsibility for
ensuring the smooth operation of the
facility. At the café, the number of diners
was greatly reduced, but the manager
Ramesh made sure that regular diners
were still able to have meals delivered
to their doorsteps. It was a tough time
for everybody, and our team went the
extra mile and supported the entire
residence of the project by doing some
great work to spread happiness all
around.
