At Ashiana, we prioritize creating vibrant platforms for our residents to enhance their skills through friendly competition and collaboration. Events like Supermoms, Jashn, and Kids Got Talent serve as significant avenues for our residents. Recently, I had the pleasure of attending the Kids Got Talent event in Bhiwadi in December, where participants from Jaipur and Gurgaon showcased their talents amidst an electric atmosphere, delivering professional performances driven by internal motivation rather than external rewards. I strongly believe one of the largest drivers for success is our internal motivation.
In addition to our engaging events, we are thrilled to announce the inauguration of our new care homes in Bhiwadi. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the design and construction teams for their exceptional work in crafting world-class infrastructure that elevates the quality of life for our residents. The doctors who visited were pleasantly surprised by the superior living standards we provide, reinforcing our commitment to excellence. Kid’s Got Talent Season 4 Finale
The Season 4 Finale at Ashiana Town, Bhiwadi, saw 150+ participants from Ashiana Umang, Ashiana Anmol, Ashiana
Amarah, and Ashiana Town. The kids performed very well with high on evergy. For the first time, ‘Sports’ and ‘Creative’ categories were included, alongside ‘Arts’. The 2-day event featured fun activities, art exhibitions, and competitions, with Ashiana Town emerging as the winner among all projects.

It is an honour to announce that Ashiana Housing Limited has been recognized for an outstanding contribution towards maintaining Best Creche Facility in Labour Camp, for our project Ashiana Malhar in Hinjawadi, Pune, at the CREDAI-Pune Metro Best Facility Awards, 2023.

Christmas holds a special place in children’s hearts and it
was made even merrier with the New Year celebrations
around the corner. Phoolwari children became Little Santas,
crafting handmade gifts to spread joy. In return, Ashiana
employees shared their love, making the celebration truly
magical.

The Colours of Navratri
Navratri was celebrated at Ashiana Tarang, Bhiwadi,
Amantran, Jaipur, and Ashiana Daksh, Jaipur with the
theme ‘Navratri Ke Rang Ashiana Ke Sang’ and the joyful
tagline ‘Zara Sa Garbha Ho Jaye’. Residents enjoyed
Garba, dandiya, vibrant attire, cultural performances,
and devotional music, embracing the festive joy.
The Festive Spirit of Karwa Chauth
Karwa Chauth was celebrated with great enthusiasm at
Ashiana Tarang, Bhiwadi and Vrinda Gardens, Jaipur.
Ashiana Tarang hosted a vibrant talent show featuring
games, dance, and devotional Katha, while Vrinda Gardens
celebrated with cultural activities, community bonding,
and heartfelt prayers, bringing women together in joyous
spirit and traditional attire.
Sharing the Light of Diwali
A Diwali drawing competition inspired children to create
‘Say No to Crackers’ posters, raising awareness about
fireworks’ environmental impact. The event was both
enjoyable and educational for all participants. In Ashiana
Aditya, Jamshedpur, residents beautifully decorated the
society & came together to celebrate the joy.
A Step Towards Cleanliness
On Gandhi Jayanti, a cleanliness drive was organized
with children from Ashiana Aangan, Tarang, and Surbhi in
Bhiwadi. The event began with an awareness rally, followed
by a thorough society clean-up. Residents and children
actively participated, promoting hygiene and instilling a
sense of responsibility among children & residents.
Celebrating Talent and Togetherness
In the Inter-Ashiana celebration, the Ashiana family
gathered for the ‘Hunar Diwali Mela 2024’ at Ashiana
Town, Bhiwadi. The event, organized by Team Ashiana,
celebrated talent, culture, and community with residents
from all Bhiwadi projects. The residents enjoyed shopping,
entertainment, and spending quality time with family and
friends. The Chief Guest, Jyeshtha Maitreyi, SP Bhiwadi,
graced the occasion honouring the community’s spirit.
Little Artists, Big Creations
On 22nd December 2024, we organised an Inter-Ashiana
Art & Craft Competition for children, offering a fun and
educational experience. The children participated with
great enthusiasm, creating beautiful home décor items.
The event sparked creativity and provided an opportunity
for self-expression through art.
Jingles, Joy & New Beginnings!
Held on 22nd Dec 2024 at Ashiana Tarang, Bhiwadi, the
Christmas & New Year celebration brought together 500
residents, including 150 children from Ashiana Aangan,
Town, and Tarang in Bhiwadi. The event featured creative
art displays, lively dance performances, games, and a
mesmerizing magic show. Santa’s special visit added to
the festive joy, making the celebration a memorable and
heartwarming experience for the Ashiana family.
A Heartwarming Donation Drive
A Donation Drive was organized for the children of
our housekeeping staff. Generous residents of the
Bhiwadi project town, contributed sweets, stationery
kits, and new clothes, bringing joy to the children and
fostering a beautiful spirit of giving this festive season.

brought residents together for fun, prizes, and laughter.

The Inter Ashiana Water Polo Competition at Ashiana
Anantara, Jamshedpur saw enthusiastic participation
from six projects. Residents of all ages showcased

outstanding Ramleela performance in just 15 days of
preparation, earning immense appreciation. Organized
by Shri Suman Kukreti, Acharya of Sanskrit, the two-day
event featured a mesmerizing Ganesh Vandana by ‘Live
& Learn’ Kathak students, making it a truly memorable
experience after 7-8 years.

self-defence workshop for kids, equipping them with

A new PHED water meter was installed at Ashiana Daksh,
Jaipur, enabling accurate water usage monitoring and

Skill Development Initiatives
This quarter, we launched new skill development batches for 168
workers in Mason, Horticulture & Housekeeping, across Ashiana
Amarah, Ashiana Malhar, Ashiana Town, Ashiana Rangoli &
Ashiana Umang covering Gurugram, Bhiwadi, Pune, and Jaipur.
A specialized housekeeping batch was also conducted for our
maintenance staff by Lok Bharti.
Trainer Skill Upgradation
Last quarter, five trainers from Pune, Bhiwadi, Chennai,
and Jaipur enhanced their skills through TOT training
conducted by CSDCI, ensuring improved training quality
and knowledge-sharing across locations.

Going The Extra Mile Team Shubham | Maintenance and Horticulture Team When Cyclone Fengal hit Chennai with heavy rain and strong winds, Team Shubham stood strong, ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents. From delivering meals doorto- door to clearing waterlogged streets and fallen trees, every member played their part. Our maintenance and horticulture teams worked tirelessly, while single residents received support even remotely. But we didn’t just tackle challenges—we spread joy. A special musical evening lifted spirits, bringing smiles and a sense of togetherness. This unwavering resilience, teamwork, and care truly define the Ashiana spirit.
